Overview

The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, manage a small bookkeeping team, and own the monthly close and reporting process in a fast-growing retail company.

Requirements

• CPA required.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience managing bookkeeping staff.
• Hands-on experience with monthly close and reconciliations.
• Experience with Xero and Fathom preferred.
• Skilled in process improvements and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
