Overview

The Controller provides leadership and coordination of property financial statements for a group of clients, leading a team of assistant controllers and accountants while ensuring accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA Eligible or CPA Preferred.

• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
