Overview

The Senior Client Services Specialist (Senior CSS) for Portfolio Migrations plays a key role in overseeing complex, multi-property transitions into and out of the Asset Living portfolio, ensuring seamless onboarding, migration, and offboarding processes for large-scale portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience in client services or property management.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-property projects preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
