In Short

• Oversee all accounting operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Act as a strategic partner to Finance Leadership and Executive Team.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Coordinate external audits and serve as liaison to auditors.
• Manage payroll and multi-state payroll tax compliance.
• Oversee accounting for diverse equity transactions.
• Drive long and short-term systems planning.
• Develop vision for the Accounting team.
• Partner with various departments on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience in public and private accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Track record of scaling systems in a dynamic environment.
