Overview

As a Controller at GiveDirectly, you will be responsible for enhancing accounting processes and systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage all aspects of accounting including billing, financial statements, and payroll.
• Oversee accounts and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Design and manage effective organizational accounting processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a controller in organizations of similar size.
• Expertise in US Federal Uniform Guidance.
• Strong people management skills.
