Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Controller to lead and scale our global accounting function across multiple legal entities. You will be responsible for managing the accounting team and overseeing consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, Colombian regulations, and building a robust internal control framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting.
• Certified Accountant.
• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong technical accounting expertise.
• ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of US and Colombian financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
