Overview

The Legal Operations & AI Enablement Lead will play a key role in enabling the Practice Operations function to deliver best-in-class Legal Operations by operationalizing initiatives through the smart use of AI and data-driven insights.

• Lead Legal Operations projects end-to-end.
• Embed AI into day-to-day workflows.
• Deliver reporting and metrics aligned to client needs.

• Build and maintain reporting using PowerBI and other tools.

Requirements

• Law Degree and/or legally qualified.
• Experience in Legal Operations and legal delivery.
• Strong project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle and legal delivery models.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience structuring legal documentation for automation.
