Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead at Vanta, you'll transform how our recruiting team learns, works, and scales by designing and implementing programs, systems, and training that enhance the effectiveness of our recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers.

In Short

• Build and deliver scalable enablement programs for recruiters.
• Own recruiting programs including onboarding and internal mobility.
• Create and maintain training materials for various stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools through change management.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management across platforms.
• Identify and optimize inefficient workflows in recruiting processes.
• Measure the impact of automation on efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure process consistency.
• 7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or related roles.
• Strong project management and analytical skills required.

Requirements

• Experience in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or People Enablement.
• Proven track record in project and change management.
• Fluency in recruiting systems, preferably Ashby.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in building and scaling training programs.
• Process-driven approach to strategic thinking and execution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
