Overview

The Learning & Enablement Operations Manager will oversee the training program's daily operations, ensuring efficient management of training content, schedules, and systems while coordinating with various teams to enhance the training experience.

Requirements

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong project management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination experience.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting training system issues.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Proactive mindset focused on process streamlining.
• Experience delivering technical training is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
