Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) will assist SnapLogic’s North America Enterprise customers in onboarding and utilizing the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform, acting as a primary contact for escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Own the technical and post-sale relationship with customers.
  • Lead onboarding, knowledge transfer, and training efforts.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to drive value from the solution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services for project management.
  • Manage account success and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Champion customer bugs and feature requests.
  • Provide status updates and reports to customers.
  • Escalate incidents as needed.
  • Gather product feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to travel within the Central and Eastern US.
  • High energy and professionalism.
  • Innovative with quick assessment abilities.
  • Proven results in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of XML, REST, SOAP, Salesforce, Workday, Hadoop, Oracle, SAP.
