Overview

CloudZero is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the growth of the Customer Success organization and help drive best in class levels of adoption, expansion and retention for our customers. A key focal point for the role will be driving a culture of delivering positive business outcomes and an incredible experience for our customers.

In Short

  • Support customer success through onboarding and renewal phases.
  • Drive software adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Analyze usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts.
  • Manage renewals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain customer success plans.
  • Generate reports to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
  • Work in a metric-driven environment.
  • Ensure customer advocacy within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles in software (ideally SaaS).
  • Experience with sales or account management.
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain success plans and reports.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and metrics.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in upsell negotiations.
