Overview

The Senior Manager, Customer Success is responsible for the overall success of our Enterprise Customers, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s or certification preferred.
  • 10+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Manager.
  • Experience with Enterprise customers in a SaaS platform.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and flexible working style.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Knowledge of customer journey best practices.
  • Ability to teach and coach effectively.
