Overview

The Payroll Operations Specialist is responsible for helping R365 customers with Payroll ACH functions, ensuring a delightful experience with R365 Payroll.

In Short

• Initiate and process ACH transactions, including payroll direct deposits and vendor payments.
• Stay updated with ACH rules and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve ACH transaction exceptions.
• Utilize payroll software for efficient transaction management.
• Review ACH transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist customers with ACH-related inquiries.
• Generate reports and reconcile transactions.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of ACH data.
• Identify opportunities to automate payroll processes.
• Provide training and support on ACH and payroll matters.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in banking, payroll, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• A passion for helping people with technology.
• Payroll Operations Experience preferred.
• General understanding of business accounting principles preferred.
