• Accurately review and record data in the system.
• Assist with payment inquiries from customers.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in a high-volume operations team.
• Experience in a startup, preferably in FinTech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Ability to execute independently in a remote company.

• Must be based within Europe.
