Payment Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Payment Operations Specialist on the Funding Team, you will be responsible for processing outbound supplier payments for our B2B payment network, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing while delighting clients.

In Short

• Process domestic and foreign payment exceptions.
• Manage check payments and handle international payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of payments.
• Analyze client payments and provide clear communication.
• Work from 10:30am – 7:30pm EST with occasional support at 8am – 5pm EST.

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Operations, or Banking.
• Strong team collaboration and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
