Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead customer-facing project work to support the value and adoption of Adobe products while managing internal team projects to drive program growth and support.

  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and customer journeys.
  • Skilled in program management in large organizations.
  • Validated experience with account and customer success planning.
  • Ability to lead executive discussions and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
