Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager serves as the primary liaison between Field Sales and Corporate Marketing, focusing on generating awareness and demand through various marketing tactics to accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Plan, create, and execute marketing activities for the region.

  • Coach Field team on generating outbound opportunities.

  • Work with AEs to create a 6-month marketing plan.

  • Collaborate with digital and partner marketing teams.
  • 8+ years of Field Marketing experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is essential.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in field marketing execution.
  • Experience with AE and Sales Development teams.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel fundamentals.
  • Metrics-driven with data analysis skills.
  • Expertise in live and virtual events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project and budget management capabilities.
  • 8+ years of Field Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM required.
