As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Hawk, you will drive demand and pipeline growth for anti-financial crime technology, focusing on building and executing marketing programs in the Americas.

• Deliver on revenue, pipeline, and lead/demand generation targets.
• Plan and execute a high-impact in-person and virtual event calendar.
• Own digital marketing targets, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Lead account-based marketing initiatives.

• Understand the anti-money laundering and fraud detection landscape.
• Manage the flow of leads and MQLs through the marketing funnel.
• Work closely with Sales teams to identify campaign opportunities.
• Execute events and campaigns with a polished approach.
• Generate reports to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Field Marketing at B2B technology organizations.
• Proven track record in delivering on MQL and Pipeline goals.
• Experience in integrated marketing programs, including events and digital marketing.
• Ability to build partnerships with Sales to achieve targets.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• A love for events and innovative optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Drive, self-motivation, and proactivity.
• Experience in financial services and anti-financial crime is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel when required (<20%).
