In Short

• Lead the strategy and execution of marketing activities across North America.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive early-stage pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and marketing teams.
• Develop understanding of buyer personas and target accounts.
• Track and measure the impact of marketing programs.
• Manage budget and spending for marketing initiatives.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory planning.
• Leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities across channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Field and Partner Marketing experience.
• 5-7 years in the B2B SaaS space.
• Experience supporting international sales teams.
• Able to develop trusting relationships with sales teams.
• Outcome driven and analytical mindset.
• Proven track record in executing impactful marketing programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with direct and channel sales teams.
• Ability to be authentic and human-first.
