Obsidian Security is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel to provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues, focusing on supporting go-to-market activities globally.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial technology law.
• In-depth knowledge of software and SaaS contracting.
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Independent worker managing multiple projects.
• Sound business judgment and ethical standards.
