The Monad Foundation is searching for an Associate General Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will report to the General Counsel and will have autonomy, career growth, leadership visibility and fun. This role is in the epicenter of crypto and blockchain innovation, uniquely positioned for high impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership.
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and business acumen.
• Interest in crypto, web3, or fintech.
