Overview

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, production-ready sample applications and reference implementations on Monad.
• Create and distribute high-impact educational resources, including blog posts, videos, and tutorials.
• Share expertise with the developer community through presentations and workshops.
• Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams based on hands-on experiences.
• Create guides and blueprints for building robust applications on Monad.

Requirements

• 2+ years in developer relations at a web3 company.
• 2+ years of software development experience with a strong portfolio.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Understanding of challenges developers face and creating effective solutions.
• Curiosity for different development tools and frameworks.
• Prior app development experience with personal and professional projects.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
