Overview

The Monad Foundation is seeking a Graphic Designer to elevate and systematize the Monad brand across our L1 blockchain ecosystem, designing high-quality visuals that keep the identity cohesive while helping teams ship faster.

In Short

• Build and maintain brand systems across products and teams.
• Translate brief/Figma handoffs into production-ready assets.
• Design with motion in mind for seamless animation handoff.
• Ship multi-format campaigns including web, social, and event collateral.
• Define and maintain sub-brand frameworks for ecosystem initiatives.
• Create partner enablement kits to scale brand quality.
• Collaborate with Design, Ecosystem, and Media teams.
• Establish clear pipelines for project management.
• Proactively identify brand/UI debt and propose solutions.
• Ensure accessibility and track performance of assets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in brand/graphic design with a diverse portfolio.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typographic craft and composition skills.
• Motion literacy with techniques for performance.
• Operational rigor in time management and communication.
• Self-directed and outcome-driven in high-throughput environments.
