Associate General Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Associate General Counsel will execute legal or business projects with a moderate level of independence, providing legal advice and support to the organization while mitigating legal risks.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Law from an accredited law school.
• 2-6 years of experience in legal services.
• Ability to assess and mitigate legal risks.
• Strong negotiation and contract analysis skills.
• Effective leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
