Overview

The Leadership Recruitment Coordinator supports the leadership/executive recruitment function by providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and project coordination through the recruiting process.

  • Coordinates and schedules complex interviews for leadership roles.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate.
  • Typically requires 5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Team player willing to take on additional responsibilities.
