We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. You will be an integral part of streamlining the hiring process, helping teams move efficiently from application to onboarding. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about creating excellent candidate experiences. Remote work from the United States is supported.

In Short

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Support recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach when needed.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams.
  • Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate a smooth recruitment workflow.
  • Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
