• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator.
• Support our growing Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate logistics and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruiters with job postings and resume screening.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams.
• Help track recruitment metrics and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
• Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset.
