  • Handle customer requests impacting core business processes.
  • Manage GDPR/data protection requests.
  • Address billing and financial inquiries.
  • Support financial operations workflows.
  • Provide basic technical support.
  • Work independently and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and escalations.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or L1 technical support.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Jira.
  • Strong understanding of filters and dashboards.
  • Experience with CLIs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Structured and proactive mindset.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations is nice to have.
  • Background in financial operations in SaaS environments is a plus.
