Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service or healthcare experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with dual monitors.
  • Experience in an administrative business environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex processes.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime if necessary.
  • Compassion and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work in a home office setting.
