Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers through written channels, providing high-level service and contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

  • Experience in customer service (B2C).

Requirements

  • Clear, fluent, and assertive written communication with professional vocabulary.
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills.
  • Experience with customer management tools (CRM).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Experience in customer service across various channels, including phone support.
  • High orientation towards problem-solving and customer experience.
  • Ability to empathize and understand customer needs as a priority.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Preferred experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
