Overview

This role aims to provide timely and quality support to our users, ensuring an agile, professional, and solution-oriented experience. You will be a key part in building trusting relationships with our clients, resolving inquiries, following up on cases, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective responses.

In Short

  • Provide written service to customers, adhering to correct spelling and standardized operational processes.
  • Handle customer interactions through ticketing, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings, following established SOPs.
  • Deeply understand each client's needs, make decisions within the established framework, and escalate cases as necessary.
  • Constantly follow up on escalated requests, ensuring correct resolution with the appropriate areas.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM, ensuring traceability and compliance with processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and propose proactive solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (graduate or undergraduate).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in digital platforms or technological environments.
  • Clear, assertive, and solution-focused written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot), Google Suite, and Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Impeccable spelling and writing, with attention to detail.
  • High capacity for analysis, decision-making, and case prioritization.
