Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist at Direct Interactions, you will work from home, providing support to customers while positively impacting their lives through compassionate service.

In Short

  • Work from home opportunity with flexible scheduling
  • Full-time, part-time, and temporary positions available
  • Assist customers with complex issues via phone
  • Training provided virtually, including mandatory tech setup
  • Must be available for at least 20 hours per week
  • Pay rate is $15.00 per hour

  • Technical requirements for remote work setup
  • Not available in certain states including CA, WA, IL, CT, NY

Requirements

  • Ohio residence preferred
  • Self-starter with a passion for outstanding service
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must type at least 30 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Must have a compatible computer and internet setup
