Overview

The Customer Service Specialist at Direct Interactions will provide support to customers through a fully remote contact center, focusing on delivering outstanding service and positively impacting lives.

In Short

  • Work from home opportunity with flexible scheduling.

  • Training provided virtually, including tech setup and orientation.

Requirements

  • Ohio residence preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter with a passion for service.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must type at least 30 WPM.
  • Experience in a team environment.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
  • Must be a current resident living in the United States.
