The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of transactions. You’ll be the central point of contact between customers, sales agents, and service vendors—keeping everyone aligned and on schedule.

In Short

  • Processing and monitoring web orders 3 times per day.
  • Prioritizing orders by when they need to be processed and shipped.
  • Managing customer service requests for website orders.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely job completion.
  • Answering Customer Service calls and inquiries.
  • Generating monthly reports on orders.
  • Collaborating with sales reps and account managers.
  • Settling credit card charges for orders.
  • Maintaining high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Proactive problem solving and time management.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms.
  • Stable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.
  • Collaborative mindset.
