We’re currently hiring on behalf of a leading U.S. mental health company with a nationwide network of over 2,200 healthcare providers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization at the forefront of mental healthcare.

As they expand their legal team, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support their mission of transforming mental health care across the country.

In Short

• Support a one-time transition of several hundred contracts.
• Download, rename, and organize agreements using a standardized naming convention.
• Create folders for each third-party organization and maintain logical folder hierarchies in Google Drive.
• Develop and maintain a contract tracking spreadsheet with metadata.
• Manage contract logistics via DocuSign; no drafting required.
• Perform simple factual legal research to assist attorneys.
• Handle entity management tasks across 49 U.S. states.
• Daily use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Manage tasks using Monday.com and Freshservice.

Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in a legal/law office.
• Prior experience with U.S.-based in-house legal teams preferred.
• Prior experience in Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage tasks using Monday.com and Freshservice.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
• Availability for partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
