In Short

• Process Accounts Payable and ensure invoices are accurate and approved
• File paid Accounts Payable invoices correctly
• Process Expense Reports and credit card reports
• Post daily deposits and research deposit activity
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and calculate taxes
• Identify and implement solutions for financial issues
• Work effectively in a digital, paperless environment
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality of business information
• Utilize remote office tools for collaboration

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• 2+ years of finance experience in a similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and stress management skills
• Ability to adapt to new processes and encourage change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and expense reporting software
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Experience with GL software like Sage 100 or Sage Intacct
• Proficient in handling confidential information
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
