Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

The Sui Foundation exists to support the development, growth and adoption of the Sui network. Sui is the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain designed from the ground up to enable creators and developers to build unique Web3 experiences from gaming to finance.

In Short

• Oversee daily operations of accounting and A/P teams
• Track financial and regulatory filings
• Supervise advisor engagements
• Work cross-functionally with departments
• Manage relationships with service providers
• Support AP and operational accounting processes
• Drive financial and regulatory filing initiatives
• Project manage advisor and vendor engagements
• Improve and automate finance and ops processes
• Support finance and treasury reconciliations

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of finance or accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Proficient with ERP software, preferably NetSuite
• Financial modeling and SQL experience a plus
