Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

The Finance Associate, Corporate Strategy will directly support Power’s organic and inorganic growth on various initiatives & workstreams within the Finance Team and Power as a whole. This role will serve as the main analytical resource for the Finance Team, acting as a right hand to the CFO and Finance team for recurring tasks such the monthly churn / retention analysis along with longer term projects such as annual budgeting and department deep dives.

• Develop an understanding of Power’s financial projection model.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Analyze acquisition targets from a financial point of view.
• Assist Power’s Internal Finance Team with various FP&A Activities.
• Strong communication skills required.
• 2+ years experience in an Investment Banking or Transaction Services role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter who can own new projects.
• Ability to work with unstructured data.

Requirements

• BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant degrees.
• Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering and reporting on data from Netsuite & Quickbooks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to present analyses to Executives.
• Ability to derive insights on business performance.
• Ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Experience in M&A financial diligence workstreams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
