Overview

The Sui Foundation exists to support the development, growth and adoption of the Sui network. Sui is the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain designed from the ground up to enable creators and developers to build unique Web3 experiences from gaming to finance.

In Short

• Onboard the next billion users to web3 by supporting the advancement and global adoption of the Sui blockchain.
• Scout and source top builders – Identify promising teams, founders, and projects and bring them to Sui.
• Live in the trenches – build strong relationships with the broader community online and in-person at events and conferences.
• Support and connect – Help onboard projects, provide guidance on how to best leverage the Sui ecosystem, and introduce builders to key resources.
• Bridge communities – Act as a connector between developers, investors, accelerators, and internal teams to drive ecosystem growth.
• Bring fresh ideas – Work closely with the broader ecosystem team to experiment with new ways to attract and support builders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience in web3, whether through work, contributions to projects, or deep involvement in the community.
• A strong personal network in crypto—builders, founders, investors, or communities.
• Comfortable moving fast, working independently, and finding opportunities that others might miss.
• Experience with ecosystem growth, BD, partnerships, or developer relations is a plus.
