Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist at Direct Interactions, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals in need while working from home. The role involves assisting customers with complex issues and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Ohio residence preferred
  • Passion for providing outstanding service
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must type at least 30 WPM
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a compatible computer and internet setup
