Overview

The Customer Service Specialist at AdaptHealth is responsible for ensuring successful service for patients by managing inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, and educating patients about their financial responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in healthcare customer service or related fields
  • Two years of experience required for senior level
  • Experience in Medicare certified environments preferred
