Overview

The Supervisor, Adherence Success is responsible for assisting in the operational flow of the department, ensuring quality customer experiences and managing staff performance.

In Short

  • Oversees a team of 2 to 8 direct reports.
  • Monitors and measures operational flow and metrics.
  • Ensures staff training and accountability.
  • Identifies and resolves process issues.
  • Develops departmental objectives and goals.

  • Maintains compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prepares reports for leadership.
  • Acts as a resource for practices and processes.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Associate degree preferred.
  • Two years relevant experience in health care or customer service.
  • Experience in a Medicare certified environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
