The Success Advisor will drive proactive customer growth, support technical implementation, and build data-driven insights to maximize customer potential with Firecrawl.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technical processes.
• Ability to build systematic customer success processes.
• Experience with APIs and technical documentation.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and health scores.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with tools like HubSpot and Postgres.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with developer tools and ecosystems.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus.

• Salary range of $140,000-180,000/year.
