• Strong technical and persuasive writing skills for a developer audience.
• Experience in building systems from scratch and fast iteration.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional launches with tight timelines.
• High-agency mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience writing code and navigating technical discussions.
