Student Success Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Student Success Advisor’s role is to identify, support, and encourage students through successful completion of the program. They work collaboratively with instructors and all CIAT departments to provide guidance and support to students.

In Short

• Provide positive motivation and academic advising support to improve student satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve student inquiries via multiple communication channels.
• Monitor weekly attendance and grades, assisting at-risk students.
• Collaborate with instructors and various departments to support students.
• Conduct welcome calls and new student orientations.
• Document all interactions with students within internal systems.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and company values.
• Participate in planning and promoting school events.
• Assist students with certification exam support and resources.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in academic advising preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing superior service to students.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficient in MS Office software products.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated problem-resolution skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Exhibits high ethical standards and professionalism.
