Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will assist the recruitment team in various tasks related to the hiring process, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

In Short

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate records.
  • Process candidate background checks and administer assessments.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Post job openings and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
