Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator with a sales recruitment focus to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating activities, communicating with candidates, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and applicants.

In Short

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Update and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards.
• Act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
• Track metrics and create reports on recruitment processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment or HR roles.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
