Emerge Talent is seeking a Full Desk Legal Recruiter to specialize in placing legal professionals, including attorneys, lobbyists, and legal support roles. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a commission-based environment and is comfortable managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

In Short

• Manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Identify and engage new legal clients while leveraging leads from the sales team.
• Utilize legal networks, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals to find top talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding hiring needs and market trends.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate legal professionals for various roles.
• Guide clients and candidates through the hiring process to successful placements.
• Secure legal clients for RPO and contract recruitment services, earning ongoing monthly commission.

Requirements

• Proven success in placing legal professionals (law firms, corporate legal departments, etc.).
• Experience managing both client and candidate pipelines with a sales-driven mindset.
• Strong business development skills and comfortable securing new clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a high-reward environment.
• Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
