Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in gambling or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and IT roles.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Experience in sourcing passive talent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
