Quality Assurance Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Quality Assurance Lead at WhiteTech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our cutting-edge payment solutions.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and support two QA teams of four engineers each.
• Oversee functional, regression, UI/UX, integration, and requirements testing.
• Collaborate with development, design, and product management teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document defects with detailed bug reports.
• Lead hiring efforts for QA talent.
• Propose enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for effective testing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in testing Web/SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and client-server architecture.
• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Postman and browser DevTools.
• Familiarity with payment systems.
• Knowledge of test design techniques.
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
